Lisa Strong entered a hospital in 2003 with kidney stones and left in 2004 with her hands, part of her arms, feet, and part of her legs amputated.

Lisa never asked why such a horrific thing was happening to her.  Rather, she knew that God had saved her from dying for a reason.  She knew God had a greater purpose for her, and that in time, it would be revealed to her.

During the past five years, life threw more challenges her way.  She found herself in divorce court, fighting to keep her children in a heart wrenching custody battle.

Lisa’s lawsuit against the nurses, doctors, and hospital took five years to come to fruition.  The trial was a long, drawn out emotional two months, for everyone involved.  Unbelievably, she lost the case.  All were shocked by the verdict, especially because she TOLD the triage nurse that she had a kidney stone upon entering the hospital.

After three weeks of feeling completely emotionally distraught, she emerged with a new found burst of life and spirituality.  She is now ready to start a brand new chapter in her life  helping others and working for the greater good.

Read Lisa’s story, hear about her new ambitions, and be inspired by her will to live life to the fullest despite one set back after another.
